BIRDING
The Klamath Basin includes four wildlife refuges, top spots for
birding, but an abundance of
lakes and wild spaces offers many opportunities for viewing. Many spots
are in or near downtown Klamath Falls.
Lake Euwana's shoreline next to Veteran's Park in downtown Klamath
Falls is a popular spot to feed the more
domesticated geese, ducks, and seagulls. Pelicans, coots, and other
wild
birds can also be spotted here.
The Link River Trail offer a nice walk and plenty of briding
opportunities. Briding spots are located near the parking areas at
both ends... remember your binoculars!
